Seyi Tinubu enters with style at Olubadan Coronation – Video

Excitement filled Ibadan on Friday as Seyi Tinubu arrived to attend the coronation of Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Seyi Makinde had already arrived earlier, and Seyi Tinubu’s presence added more weight to the event.

The crowning ceremony held at Mapo Hall saw the formal presentation of the staff and certificate of office to Oba Ladoja by Governor Makinde at 3:05 p.m., officially sealing his ascension to the throne.

In his address, the new monarch appealed to President Tinubu, urging that Ibadan State be created before 2027, a demand made on behalf of his people.
